RESPONSIBILITY:
__Directly responsible to the Director of Custodial or his designee.
__Responsible for assigning crew personnel to jobs, ordering supplies, and maintaining required records.
__Review of work requests or conditions for crew assignments, inventory and supply actions on a routine basis.
__Perform custodial duties including regular and mechanical equipment, clean, dust mop,vacuum, scrub floors, walls and ceilings, replacing lamps, and replacing of wall mounted fixtures, small furniture repairs, mow/trim grass, and snow removal as needed
__Perform custodial tasks in accordance with standard practices of the institutional housekeeping trade.
Perform all custodial and related duties in a conscientious safe manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from a general or technical high school or GED and considerable experience in general institutional housekeeping or any equivalent combination or training or experience. Must have one year custodial experience.
